Custom DTF Gang Sheet Policy

We want to ensure you have the best possible experience when using our DTF gang sheet builder. Please review the following policy carefully before submitting your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable

All custom DTF gang sheets are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstance.

Gang sheets are printed exactly as they are received. We do not make any edits, adjustments, or alterations to your files.

As-Is Printing

  • Your design will be printed as uploaded.
  • We do not:
    • Review artwork for errors
    • Rearrange or resize elements
    • Adjust colors or transparency

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure all artwork is correctly formatted before uploading.

Transparent Backgrounds

  • Make sure your design has a transparent background.
  • Backgrounds that are not transparent (such as white or colored) may print as part of the design.
  • Designs with semi-transparent elements (e.g., light clouds, soft shadows) may not print accurately due to transparency. We recommend duplicating and darkening such elements to improve print visibility.

Image Quality Requirements

  • Files must be at least 300 DPI for best results.
  • Low-resolution images will print as-is, and may appear blurry, pixelated, or distorted.
  • We do not offer refunds for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution files.
  • Colors should be in CYMK, not RGB.

Local Pickup & Responsibility Policy

  • You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.
  • Orders will be placed in an outdoor pickup box once completed, which is exposed to weather elements. We strongly encourage you to pickup your order as soon as possible.

Unclaimed Orders:

  • If your order has not been picked up within 5 business days, we will notify you via email, if there is one on file. If the order is not picked up within 48 hours of that notification, your order will be discarded without refund. 

We do not guarantee:

  • Prints will not be affected by whether, and are not responsible for weather-related damage once your order is placed in the pickup box. 

Shipping & Responsibility Policy

  • All shipped orders include a tracking number and are shipped to the address entered at checkout. 
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete.
  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. 

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to:

  • Upload high-resolution, print-ready files
  • Follow all file setup guidelines provided in the DTF gang sheet builder
  • Verify that the design appears as intended

We are not responsible for:

  • Print quality issues due to improper file setup
  • Unexpected results from low-resolution or poorly formatted artwork

Reprints will only be processed with a new gang sheet submission and payment.
