Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order—but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our policy below to see what is and isn’t eligible for return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Items: All custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes special orders and any apparel printed specifically for you.

  • DTF Gang Sheets: Due to the nature of these products, DTF prints and gang sheets are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: These are also not eligible for return or refund.


Standard Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible, non-custom items. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • You must have your receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as we cannot accept unapproved returns.


Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at duittuitconn@gmail.com so we can make it right.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you need is to request a return (if eligible), and once approved, place a new order for the correct item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
