Thank you for shopping with Duit Tuit with Conn! We’re excited to get your custom gear out to you. Please review our shipping policy below so you know what to expect.
Processing Times
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Ship within 3–5 business days
- Custom Orders: Ship within 7–10 business days after design approval

DTF Gang Sheets: Ship same day if the order is received by 10:00 AM (ET) on a business day
(Orders placed after 10:00 AM will ship the next business day)
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If your order includes a mix of ready-to-ship and custom items, it will ship when the entire order is complete.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.
Local Pickup (if offered)
We offer free local pickup from our shop in Leslie, Michigan. If available, you’ll see the option at checkout.
We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup, along with instructions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder—or reach out to us at duittuitconn@gmail.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your package seems lost or hasn’t moved in several days, contact us—we’re happy to help you track it down.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
